BearsQuad is run by Sreenidhi Charapalli — a Computer Science engineer (REVA University) and NAIT Business Administration graduate based in Edmonton, Alberta. Currently a Data Analyst at Technology Alberta, previously AI Technology Engineer at Dojo Foundations and IT & Operations Support Analyst at SSB ImpEx.
Four years of hands-on work across mining operations, enterprise IT, customer-facing technology at Staples Canada, and public-sector platforms. BearsQuad brings that same engineering rigor to small businesses that usually can't get it — websites, AI automation, and marketing systems, all under one roof.

What does a project cost?
A small business site typically runs $1,500–$4,000 CAD. AI automation projects start around $800 for a single workflow. Marketing engagements are usually monthly. Every proposal is written before any money moves.
How long until it's live?
Two to four weeks for a straightforward website. AI automations often ship in under a week. We prefer to launch small and iterate rather than sit on a project for months.
Do you work with businesses outside Alberta?
Yes — anywhere in Canada, and select clients in the US. All work is remote-first with regular calls.
What tools do you build with?
Modern web stacks (Next.js, plain HTML/CSS/JS when that's the right call), Vercel or Netlify for hosting, and whichever AI/automation tools fit — OpenAI, Anthropic, n8n, Zapier, custom Python. Tool choice follows the problem, not the other way round.
Can you take over an existing site?
Often, yes. We'll audit what you have first and be honest about whether it's worth continuing or starting fresh.
